Transaction Status Tabs
Overview
The Transaction tabs provide a workflow-based view of all transactions, organized by their current status in the transaction lifecycle. Each tab represents a specific stage in the transaction approval and execution process, allowing you to track and manage transactions from creation through completion.
Accessing Transaction Tabs
Select Transactions from the left navigation panel. The Transactions page displays with tabs representing different transaction states.

Transaction Workflow Tabs
Drafts
The Drafts tab displays transactions that are in the initial creation stage and have not yet been submitted for review.
Transaction Information Displayed:
Date: Timestamp showing when the draft was created (sorted by most recent first).
Transaction Type: The type of transaction (e.g., Transfer Transaction, Account Update).
Is Template: Indicates whether the transaction is saved as a reusable template.
Available Actions:
Continue: Resume editing the draft transaction.
Delete: Remove the draft transaction from your list.
Draft transactions remain in this tab until you complete the configuration and submit them for review by other organization members.

Ready for Review
The Ready for Review tab shows transactions that have been submitted and are awaiting initial review by designated reviewers before they can be signed.
Transactions appear in this tab when:
A transaction creator has completed the initial setup and submitted it for approval.
The transaction requires review before signature collection begins.
Transaction Information Displayed:
Transaction ID: The unique identifier for the transaction (e.g., [email protected]).
Transaction Type: The type of transaction (e.g., Account Create Transaction).
Valid Start: The timestamp when the transaction becomes valid for network submission.
Date Modified: The most recent timestamp when the transaction was updated.
Available Actions:
Submit Approval: Review and approve the transaction, moving it to the next stage in the workflow.
Once reviewed and approved using the Submit Approval button, transactions move to the Ready to Sign tab.

Ready to Sign
The Ready to Sign tab displays transactions that require your signature or are waiting for signatures from other designated signers.
Transactions appear in this tab when:
You have been designated as a required signer.
The transaction has passed the review stage (if applicable).
The transaction threshold has not yet been met.
Transaction Information Displayed:
Transaction ID: The unique identifier for the transaction (e.g., [email protected]).
Transaction Type: The type of transaction (e.g., Account Update Transaction).
Valid Start: The timestamp when the transaction becomes valid for network submission.
Available Actions:
Details: View comprehensive transaction information and add your signature.
You'll receive email notifications when a transaction requiring your signature appears in this tab (if notifications are enabled in Settings).

In Progress
The In Progress tab shows transactions that are actively collecting signatures but have not yet reached the required signature threshold.
Transaction Characteristics:
Signature collection is underway.
The minimum number of required signatures has not been met.
Some, but not all, designated signers have signed.
Transaction Information Displayed:
Transaction ID: The unique identifier for the transaction (e.g., [email protected]).
Transaction Type: The type of transaction (e.g., Account Create Transaction).
Valid Start: The timestamp when the transaction becomes valid for network submission.
Available Actions:
Details: View transaction information, including collected signatures and remaining signature requirements.
Transactions remain in this tab until enough signatures are collected to meet the threshold requirements.

Ready for Execution
The Ready for Execution tab displays transactions that have collected all required signatures and are ready to be submitted to the Hedera network.
Transactions appear in this tab when:
The signature threshold has been reached.
All required approvals have been obtained (if applicable).
The transaction is ready for network submission but has not yet been executed.
Transaction Information Displayed:
Transaction ID: The unique identifier for the transaction (e.g., [email protected]).
Transaction Type: The type of transaction (e.g., Account Delete Transaction).
Valid Start: The timestamp when the transaction becomes valid for network submission.
Date Modified: The most recent timestamp when the transaction was updated.
Available Actions:
Details: View transaction information and export the transaction.

History
The History tab provides a complete record of all executed transactions.
Transaction Information Displayed:
Transaction ID: The unique identifier assigned by the Hedera network (e.g., [email protected]).
Transaction Type: The type of transaction (e.g., Transfer Transaction).
Status: The execution result displayed with a status badge (e.g., SUCCESS).
Created At: Timestamp showing when the transaction was initially created.
Executed At: Timestamp showing when the transaction was submitted to the network.
Filter Options:
Status: Filter transactions by their execution status.
Transaction Type: Filter by specific transaction types.
Available Actions:
Details: View comprehensive transaction details, including all signatures, network receipts, and execution results.
The History tab provides a permanent audit trail of all completed transactions, including both successful and failed submissions. This allows you to review past activity, verify transaction execution, and troubleshoot any issues.
